Small group training sessions are specially designed to challenge each athlete and guarantee they will receive the attention needed to take their game to the next level. Each small group session will be unique and focus on skills that will directly translate to in game success.
Each athlete will receive a fully customizable training regimen that will be catered to meet every athletes' individual goals. These workouts will be strategically designed to turn your weaknesses into strengths and fine tune all aspects of your game to prepare you for the upcoming year.
All first time clients are required to signup for an Assessment session before booking any small group sessions or monthly memberships. This assessment session will serve as a guideline to gauge skill level, fit of coaching/training style, and placement of optimal small group.
1-on-1 Private Training Sessions are reserved for NCAA/PRO level Athletes and Monthly / Quarterly Unlimited members only. Unfortunately at this time we aren't offering this service to any other athletes.

You may cancel your monthly or quarterly subscription at any time. It is the responsibility of the buyer to cancel a subscription. You can cancel your subscription directly from your Acuity mobile app or email us at info@unknowntoknown.co You will not receive a refund for the remainder of your monthly or quarterly membership, but you will not be charged again once the subscription is complete.
Discounts are exclusively available to PHHoenix Prep players and no other discounts are offered outside of the listed bulk packages and monthly subscriptions. Payment plans are available on a case by case basis on basic packages but are not guaranteed to be issued.
Any "no show" or cancellation that is not notified within 36 hours of the scheduled workout will be charged in full for the session. If you need to cancel and there is communication with more than 36 hours before the scheduled workout, there will be no charge and you can reschedule the workout at your best convenience. The recommended skill level is intermediate to advanced and all players must be at least 10 years old for small group workouts. All perspective first time clients are required to book an assessment session no matter of their skill level. After the one time assessment, it will be determined if buying a package or monthly subscription is a fit for both parties.
